About Mountain Views

Mountain Views' resident owners/managers, Helen & Roland Zimmermann, are thoughtful, experienced RVers, who are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional and memorable stay, year after year. An extensive knowledge of the area and what it offers come from living, working, and playing in the San Juan Mountains for over 20 years. An understanding of the discriminating RVer prompts them to diligently refine, improve, and enhance what the Resort and Park can offer their guests.

Mountain Views RV Park opened in 1999. Since 2005, the park has earned a yearly rating of 5“w”5“w” from Woodall’s for Facilities and Recreation. The RV Resort section began offering lots for long-term lease in 2004, and in 2011, began developing Phase 2A. Future developments include Phase 3A river lots and a Phase 4A Motorcoach Resort.
