• Two day minimum for housekeeping cabins
• Pets are NOT allowed in any cabin at any time. There will be a $75.00 cleaning fee. (Many people have pet allergies.)
• Smoking is Prohibited in the cabins. There will be a $75.00 cleaning fee.
• All prices are for a party of two. There will be an additional $3.50 per day for any person over five years of age.

REFUND POLICY
Due to our short season, a deposit is required at time of reservation and cancellation within 60 days of arrival is nonrefundable. Prior to 60 days, a one night deposit will be retained for processing fees.
NO REFUNDS for early Check Out
Month = Thirty-one (31) Consecutive Days (Monthly Rate does NOT have to start on the 1st of the month)
